Most studio sessions take place in our Crawley headshots studio, but we also provide on-location headshots for businesses across Sussex, Surrey & Kent.
Yes. We visit workplaces across Sussex, Surrey and Kent to capture professional team and individual business headshots.
Individual studio sessions usually take between 30–60 minutes… but this will depend on your individual needs and requirements. We concentrate more on your needs, rather than just clock-watching!
Business headshots on location: after an initial 30 minutes setup time, usually around 5–10 minutes per person.
Choose clothing that reflects your professional or personal brand. For business, neutral or solid colours work best.
Actors, and other visitors to our studio may wish to bring a couple of looks for more variety.
Studio headshots: immediately after your session, we’ll show you exactly what we have, and you’ll be able to select your favourite images you want to buy from us. All purchased images will be fully edited and retouched before uploading to an online gallery for you to download.
On location headshots: after your session, we provide a selection of the best images in an online gallery – usually around 3 to 4 images for each staff member. All images will have been professionally retouched, and will be yours to download and use for your business purposes.
Yes. We provide professional quality editing and retouching to enhance your photo while keeping it natural.
We cover the whole of Sussex, including Crawley, Brighton, Horsham, East Grinstead, Worthing, and Tunbridge Wells.

Yes – for urgent business needs, we can offer a fast-track turnaround, to deliver images within 24 hours as an additional premium service.
Availability of our fast-track service will depend on our current working schedule, and on your particular requirements, and is subject to an additional fee. If you require a fast-track turnaround, please contact us prior to booking, to discuss your needs.
Our standard turnaround is usually between 5-10 days.

Our standard packages include digital images, but you can also order prints, frames and other items directly from your online gallery if required.
