What to expect from
your children’s headshot session
What happens during the shoot?
Children’s headshot sessions usually last between 30 and 60 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to capture a range of looks without rushing, while still keeping things relaxed and enjoyable for your child.
We recommend bringing a few simple outfit options—plain tops without busy patterns or logos work best. A mix of light and dark colours helps create variety in the final images. We’ll guide you on what works well so your child looks natural and professional on camera.
Once we have what you need, you’ll be able to review all the fabulous new headshots we’ve just taken, and decide which ones you love the most… only paying for those you want to keep.
What’s included?
Your session fee includes the portrait session itself, plus a selection of headshots, depending on your chosen package.
Since all images & products are sold separately, we include a free viewing and ordering session immediately after your portraits have been taken. Here, you can select your favourite images without delay and buy the ones you love most.
There is no minimum sale, so you can select as many or as few images as you want. Additional images can be added to any package for £35 per image.
Full editing and retouching are included for all purchased images, ensuring you look your very best in the final, finished images.
Once edited, your new portraits will be uploaded to a free personal online gallery, so you can download them directly from there.
All children’s headshots purchased include both high-resolution digital images, plus smaller web-sized copies to keep.
Digital image details
All purchased images are supplied as high-resolution (printable) images with no watermarks. Each image you buy also includes a free low-res copy, optimised for web and email usage.
Every child’s headshots purchased will be fully edited and retouched before delivery, and your finished images will be delivered by direct download from a personal online gallery we’ll create for you. Online galleries also include options for purchasing prints, frames, canvas and more, if required.
